DreamX Inc. ("DreamX," "MagicEdit," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered creative tools, including image, video, character, prompt, workflow, and related generation or editing features made available through our websites, applications, APIs, and related services, including MagicEdit (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and what choices you may have. By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Our use and disclosure of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

process prompts, uploaded materials, generations, edits, and related requests;

3. AI Inputs, Outputs, and Face-Related Processing

Our Services may process user-uploaded images, videos, audio, prompts, and other content to generate or transform outputs. This can include content that contains faces, voices, likenesses, or other personal information.

Unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific feature, we do not use uploaded facial information to identify individuals or to authenticate identity. We process face- and likeness-related content to provide requested creative, editing, masking, swap, character, animation, reference, or generation features.

Please do not upload confidential, highly sensitive, unlawful, or third-party material unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so and to authorize our processing of that material under our Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Personal Information

We may share personal information with the following categories of recipients:

Service providers and infrastructure partners. Hosting, storage, analytics, customer support, content moderation, fraud prevention, communications, payment, and technical vendors who process information on our behalf.
